We encourage members to:

--Continue the conversations, learning and sharing after each of the Advocacy and Access conferences. The discourse does not have to stop at the conclusion of the events.

--Enter this inclusive community where respect is the norm. We do not allow statements that are discriminatory in nature for reasons of race, religion, gender, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, disability or any other legally protected status.

--Have discussions that are directed towards actions. Members who shared links to media should also include an action item or a brief explanation as to why the media should be of interest to other members.

--Relate discussions and actions to topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We prohibit:

--Business solicitations of any kind

--Language or statements that do not extend grace to all members

--Replication of videos available on the website including, without limitation, audio, video, print, broadcast, etc.

--Editing, distributing, exhibiting, publicizing, advertising, taking screenshots and otherwise exploiting the footage in all media and formats, now known or hereafter developed, for commercial and noncommercial use.

We ask that members:

--Acknowledge that this community is designed to share best practices and learn from one another, understanding that there is no magic solution. Please be courteous when responding to discussions and remember that the communities are for exploring ideas.

--Communicate and respond to each other in a respectful and professional manner. If there is a concern, please flag a post to report abuse or spam.

--Participate by engaging, posting, and asking questions -- change can happen when we join the conversation. This is a learning community and there is power in community dialogue.

Failure to comply with the Advocacy and Access Communities Community Guidelines may lead to a member being removed from the group.
