About the Access & Diversity Collaborative:

College Board and our partner, EducationCounsel LLC, founded the Access & Diversity Collaborative (ADC) in 2004, in the aftermath of Gratz v. Bollinger and Grutter v. Bollinger. In those cases, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the rights of universities to consider the limited use of race in admission decisions to build a diverse student body.

We believe that effective education policy begins with experts coming together from across disciplines to discuss and develop sound practices that are fair and equitable for all students.
